Jennifer Humphrey was born in Kansas City, Missouri, but moved to her adopted home state of Oklahoma while still in elementary school. After graduating from the University of Oklahoma (Go Sooners!) with a Communications degree, she worked in telecommunications as a trainer and a manager for two decades.

Jennifer started working for First Christian Church, in a part-time capacity, in 2010. She accepted a full-time spot a year later. Since that time, Jennifer has worked in both the Communications and Children's Ministry areas and now holds down the title of "Director of Children's Ministry” working with both the children and families of First Christian Church and of the First Christian Church Child Care Center.

Jennifer would consider herself a "people person" who loves to laugh, share stories and drink coffee. She enjoys communicating all the great work the various ministry areas of FCC do on a daily basis. She loves the overall "family-vibe" of FCC and especially loves working with children and their families!

Jennifer currently resides in Edmond, Oklahoma, with her traveling musician husband, John, and their two sons, Jaxon and Jett.
