We’re glad you’re here.

At First Christian Church, we open our doors and tables for all kinds of people to meet each other, explore spacious faith together, and live united in love to make Edmond a better place for everyone.

And we’d love for you to join us! We gather for worship each Sunday at 9AM and 11AM at 201 East 2nd Street in Edmond, or you can join us live online from anywhere.

We know that visiting a new church can often be intimidating, so don’t worry; we won’t ask you to raise your hand as our guest or do anything that will embarrass or single you out.

What’s Sunday Like?

Here’s what you can expect and some answers to questions you might be asking.

  • Wear what’s comfortable for you! You’ll see some people in jeans and a t-shirt, others in a suit or a dress, and everything in-between.

  • We’ll be ready to welcome you at the main doors under the covered drop off - it faces 2nd Street.

    Stop by the Welcome Stand in the lobby to get connected. We will get you to where you need to go!

  • The Fellowship Hall is the perfect place to grab coffee and a donut, and find community.

    We have a variety of Sunday School classes and community groups that meet at 10AM for all ages. Stop by the Welcome Stand in the lobby and let us help you find your way.

  • We are located at the northeast corner of Second and Boulevard in Edmond. The address is 201 East Second Street.

    Our main parking lot is on Second Street, on the east side of the building.

  • Our 9AM Contemporary Service is led by our praise band with guitars, piano, drums, and vocalists sharing modern worship songs of praise.
    Our 11AM Traditional Service includes our choir, piano, and organ and traditional hymns.

    Every time we gather for worship, we share Communion. Jesus didn’t put any rules around coming to the table, so neither do we. All are welcome at the Table.

  • Children are welcome to come to worship with you, or experience Children Worship & Wonder or our nursery - whatever’s best for you is great for us! Get all the info HERE

    We know it takes a lot of work to get to church. Relax and remember, God put the wiggle in children; don’t feel you have to suppress it in God’s house.

  • Volunteers in our children’s ministry are a part of a team who works together to make sure each kid’s needs are met. Each volunteer in our children’s ministry has been vetted and passed a background check.

    We utilize a check-in system for Children Worship and Wonder as well as for children in our nursery. Volunteers will help get you checked in once you arrive.

  • Our main parking lot is on Second Street, on the east side of the building. Overflow parking is available on First Street, in the lot just east of our main lot, or at the public library on the north side of First Street.

    When in doubt, pull up to the covered drop off, and our friendly volunteers will help you find a spot.
