Our Local Outreach Partners
We have a long history of partnering with and supporting organizations which help extend the love of God. If you are interested in learning more about any of these organizations either click links, or contact us.

Edmond Community Thanksgiving Dinner A community-wide Thanksgiving meal enjoyed on the campus of UCO. Local churches organize the event, make donations, and provide volunteers for the community meal, meals delivered to homes, and meals donated to Jesus House and other charitable organizations throughout the community.
Whiz Kids is a faith-based, one-on-one volunteer tutoring/mentoring program focusing on first through eighth grade students who live in areas which have some of the highest drop-out rates and lowest socioeconomic levels in Oklahoma City. Members of our church serve in partnership with Holy Temple Baptist Church in NE Oklahoma City.
The Edmond HOPE Center A central agency to provide social services, meeting the basic needs of members of the Edmond community by providing food, clothing, household items and financial assistance for rent, utilities, prescriptions, and transportation.

Disciples Retirement Community of Oklahoma, Inc. An organization created in 2005 by the Oklahoma Regional Board to serve the needs of senior adults in the Oklahoma regional church, especially those who were residents of Oklahoma Christian Home when it was liquidated by the National Benevolent Association.
Our Global Mission Partners
We embrace the following ministries that take us beyond ourselves and our community, and into the world God loves:
Disciples Mission Fund Disciples shared ministries reach out across North America. The DisciplesMission Fund builds a foundation enabling Disciples to globally sharethe good news of Jesus Christ. This common fund allows Disciples to pool their resources accomplishing a greater ministry.
Disciples overseas ministries stretch around the world. We tell the Good News, help dig wells, train pastors, immunize children and much more. We also help persons in times of natural disaster, economic upheaval and war. Through Global Ministries of the Christian Church and United Church of Christ, and the Week of Compassion we commit ourselves to a shared life in Christ, to an ecumenical global sharing of resources, and to prophetic vision of a just and peaceful world. We join in God’s concern for the poor and oppressed.
Meeting Needs As They Arise
We seek to respond in the love of Christ with compassion and resources. We provide relief and assistance through hands-on ministry. Mission teams from FCC have provided hurricane relief in Covington, Louisiana following Hurricane Katrina and in Lake Charles, Louisiana, following Hurricane Rita and Ike. We provided shelter for families following hurricane Katrina, and resources to equip families for life after disaster.
