First Christian understands the stress concerns of our clergy, and the needs of the congregation. We have established Pastoral Relations Committees to provide positive support and encouragement while promoting effective church-pastor communications and relations.

Our Pastoral Relations Committees typically meet monthly to support the ministers and provide a regular channel of communication between the ministers and the congregation.  This process is deeply rooted in confidentiality, acceptance, and trust.

Members are welcome to contact PRC members to share feedback, ask questions or express concerns.
